Short answer – NO!

YES! The incredible speakers have so much knowledge to impart to you, not to mention the calibre of the attendees.
You also get access to all of the previous event materials which cover a variety of business aspects from social media, money and profit, legals, e-newsletters, online selling, branding, business planning, business building and so much more.
What Is A Virtual Conference?
We want to share this event with, and build connections between, creatives all over Australia and internationally. The VIRTUAL ACCESS PASS gives you access to our live, online stream of the event. We have a team at the event dedicated to looking after the needs of our Virtual Members. There is a chat function to allow you to interact with and ask questions with not only the other virtual members but also the speakers and hosts through the magic of the internet (and our amazing Tech crew).
Recordings of all sessions will be available for 6 months after the event so you can watch and re-watch as much as you need to get the most out of this stellar event.
Do I Have To Watch Live To Benefit From A Virtual Pass?
Not at all! It is fun if you can as there will be a live chat and we will have someone on the chat at all times – so you can even ask questions of the speakers during Q&A – but if you can’t make it live, if you have kids, a shop or even a day job, don’t panic as the recordings will be available to you for 6 months after the event for all ticket holders to watch and re-watch at your own pace.
Plus you can join us over in the Artful Facebook Group anytime to continue your learning and networking long after the event.
I Have Slow Internet – How Can I Access The Material?
This year we are sending out USB sticks to all of our attendees, live and virtual with both video and audio files of the event so you can watch and re-watch at your own leisure, even if your internet access is too slow to download the sessions.
Having said that the Livestream access runs on low quality internet and can even be accessed through mobile connections.

What Is The Dress Code For The Event?
Smart casual. Wear something that you are going to be comfortable in as the focus of the event is on the work and the learning you will do over the two days. Wear clothes that are YOU! This is not your typical business conference so suits and such are only welcome if that is what you feel most comfortable in.
Can I Bring My Kids?
We want to make it clear that babies under the age of 9 months are welcome to attend the event with you. There will not be facilities to care for children any older than this but we understand new babies need their mums and so prams and bubs are more than welcome at the event. We do ask that you respect the other guests and if bub is having a cry that you leave the room until they have settled again.
I Have Food Allergies – Can You Cater For Me?
We sure can! We are yet to announce the venue as we are waiting to confirm details but we can promise that food allergies will be catered for and we simply ask that you let us know at the time of registration exactly what your food requirements are.
